1. Agreement
These Terms form a legal agreement between you and the developers or publishers of Sentence Maker. The App is licensed, not sold, to you for use in accordance with these Terms.
2. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Sentence Maker for personal, non-commercial educational use on a device that you own or control.
3. Educational Use
Sentence Maker is provided as an educational and practice tool. It is designed to support sentence-learning activities, but it does not replace professional educational, speech, language, medical, or therapeutic advice.
Parents, guardians, teachers, or caregivers should decide whether the app is appropriate for a learner's needs.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to modify, decompile, reverse engineer, decrypt, copy, resell, redistribute, or attempt to derive the source code of the App except where applicable law expressly allows it.
5. Paid Offers
Sentence Maker does not currently provide paid offers, subscriptions, or active in-app purchases. If paid features are introduced in the future, additional store terms may apply.
6. Warranties & Liability
Sentence Maker is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the App.
